Race for the Cure!

The girls in my family decided that we should walk in the Race for the Cure in STL. My grandma is a survivor so she got to do some special things while we were there. We got up at 4:30 in the morning, rode the metrolike downtown, walked around to all the stands (they were giving away free stuff...who doesn't like free stuff) Grandma was able to walked in the survivors race right before the big race began (survivors all wore pink shirts). It was a little over a 3 mile walk, it was hot and miserable but we all finished. Can't wait to do it again next year.

Here are a few pictures of the race. There was something like 66,000 people there.

Everyone that walked from my family, what an early morning.

Even Katelyn walked (or rode)

The survivors race.

My grandmaMy grandma, Maw (Robert's grandma) and Lori. All survivors!!!

66,000 people
